Payment
You can pay by credit card on-line, via PayPal or by cheque. Cheques should be made out to Sarah Nichol. Please print your name and address on the reverse of the cheque.

 

Delivery
Delivery time is 3 weeks from order. Delivery cost is based on an individual item. Standard delivery will be via Royal Mail. If you would like a faster or alternative method of delivery, please specify when ordering. Items will be sent out once payment has been received and cleared.  

The postage costs per book by standard delivery are as follows:

 

Within UK                  £2.80
Europe                      £4.00
Outside Europe          £7.00

 

Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel in writing within 5 days from the day of placing an order. In the event of goods being damaged in transit you will be entitled to a full refund. Damage must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of goods. Please note that the actual wood colour may vary slightly from the photographs on this website and this does not give entitlement to a refund.

Information provided by you will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information supplied by you in relation to your order will not be shared with any third party.
